> GP Tools is a UK appraisal and revalidation toolkit for doctors, run by GP Tools (UK) Ltd (registered in England, no. 8145523). Trading since 2011. Portfolios are based on the Medical Appraisal Template 2022, the current NHS England standard (the old MAG form is discontinued). Patient survey (PSQ) and multi-source feedback (MSF/360°) are included free. The first 12 months are free, then £39.99/year. Free forever for appraisers. GP Tools does not upsell CPD courses.
